RE: BACKHAULS

  I was once asked… “What is the most expensive commodity you haul?”  My answer…  “Sailboat Fuel”.  No matter how heavy or how difficult a load is to haul, nothing is more expensive than running empty. If your trailer is not filled with something bearing revenue, the bills are not getting paid.  If you have a tip or inside information on a possible back haul, please contact your dispatcher.

 WILLIE JACOBS Willie has been a Florida driver for quite some time.  Willie frequently talks about the food he has prepared on the truck.  Willie kindly outlined his instructions for a tasty home cooked meal in the truck... “FOOD PREPARATION” 1.  Handle all meat wearing gloves. 2.  I treat red meat like a treat hamburger meat. I don’t wash it. Rather, I squeeze as much blood out of the meat as possible using paper towels. 3.  Place to meet on heavy duty, aluminum foil, to season your meat. And throw your fall away once you put your meat in the oven, immediately to prevent bacterial contamination in the truck.         CHICKEN 🐓  1.  It is a widely accepted rule now to not wash chicken in sinks, which would leave bacterial residue behind. 2.  And I used lemons to clean the chicken.
